Using our Category feature is optional. Categories are provided to help organize the way Specialties appear on your Location Setup page, Advanced Search page, Search Results page and Location Detail page. As an example, your company may have locations that offer both products and services. You could create a Products category and a Services category and then assign specialties to each category as needed.
