How can I cancel my service?

To cancel your Xtreme Locator service for account billed to your credit card:

1. Go to https://www.xtremebilling.com/user/login.jsp?site=55
2. Login to your billing account with the username and password you setup your billing with (This may be different that the credentials you use to login to the Xtreme locator control panel).
3. Once you have logged in, click “Recurring Payment Mgmt” link on the left-hand menu.
4. Click on the trashcan icon to delete your recurring billing and cancel your account.

To cancel your Xtreme Locator service for account billed via invoice:

1. Email us using the support ticket for here.
2. Provide your Account Name, Account ID and name of administrator.
3. Message us that you wish to cancel your account as of a certain date.
